35' Skipperliner steal hull houseboat: 3 Years ago I bought this houseboat with big dreams of renovation. The basics got done. I completely sandblasted and covered the hull with good materials below and above waterline. The structural roof work and fiberglassing was done professionally. You can see the work in one of the pictures. It has an inboard 140 hp MerCruiser engine that should still be working. (Had work done on it since it was mine.) I started to gut the inside and work stopped. It's in ugly shape to sell, but in a great place to start work. I have put lots of the money and work into it and have the structural things done. I am going to loose money, but just need to get rid of it. If you are looking for a project, you will fall in love with it. None of my friends want me to sell, it has appeal. I can tell you more specifically in person, but there is a lot more money in the boat than I am asking, and I'm willing to consider offers. Right now it is on a trailer in Sparta and can be moved. There is a man there who is willing to do more work if you want, and you may be able to work on it on sight if you desire.
