Gorgeous solid wood and velvet rocking chair, circa late 1800's. Chair is an authentic antique, not a reproduction.
You can see on the back of the chair where the wood has been repaired (not replaced) and reinforced with a brace. If the chair is against a wall, you can't see the brace.
On the bottom of the rocker, you can see where the original casters would have been.
It has likely been reupholstered, as it is in amazing, perfect condition. The cushioning is firm, but soft, and the velvet is secure, in tact, and is the most luscious seafoam green.
The bottom of the chair is stapled neatly with no holes or tears.
I absolutely *love* this chair - it's perfectly stunning and gets" jaw-drops" every time someone new sees it. We're only selling it because we're redecorating mid-century, and we bought this chair - it's not a family heirloom.
We're asking $300 or best offer - cash only please.

mobo Antique MOBO Metal Bronco Jumper Steerable Horse
This adorable tin horse was made anytime between the end of the war circa late 1940's untill the 1960's
The pre war MOBO's are very rare and have blue sturups . Most of them where destroyed in the war effort.
When you stand on the sturups the legs pivit out making him gallup . It is in Original condition and would make a great decorative item
It does have some rust pitting and minor dents. it Measures aprox. 30" high x 27" long x 9" wide and wieghs aprox 28 pounds
