Abdominal Exerciser for the entire core area. This is a fun little machine. You can rock out to your favorite tunes while twisting and turning and giving your tummy and core area a great work out. This has been used only for 1 week as I found out the pain I was trying to get rid of in my lower back is a bulging disk. I was advised by my doctor to stop using this until or unless I get surgery to repair my disk. Anyway my loss is your gain as this baby goes for $125.00 new. I am missing the video (my wife can't find it). This great fitness machine has been sitting in our room for about a year. I have the owners manual and the FAT to FIT RED fitness System guide that shows how to use it and get the most for your effort. This is a small price to pay for a good work out as I must say I did feel my abs becoming tighter but my bulging disk in my back said no.

I have 26 personal training sessions and a membership good until April 2013 for sale that is transferable to anyone, current or new.
I paid $987.00 for this membership and training sessions.
I live in Kent and work in Everett and was never able to utilize this membership. I am selling for more than 50% off. We would go to any Vision Quest of your choice and transfer the contract into your name (good at any/all Vision Quest locations) or I could just five you the contract and sign it over to you-your choice.
