I have two Hurst Marine Gears model HSW 800, 2:1 ratio. These gears are salvaged from a 1996 47 ft Bayliner with 800 hours on it. Acording to the owner they worked perfectly prior to the fire. There was no fire damage in the engine room.
Oil coolers and drive plates are included.
I also have the props, shafts an rudders from the same boat at very reasonable prices.

I have two 24 X 21 Michigan nibrile 4 blade propellors. One RH and one LH for 2" Shafts.
These props are salvaged from a 47 ft Bayliner MY and are in like new condition.
They are for 2" shafts, however I do have bushings to fit them to 1-3/4" shafts.
The $500 price is for each. The new list price is about $2400.00 each.
