Wave Sport Kayak (Knoxville) $245  ...more
Well used, but has plenty of miles left on it! This boat was designed by Erik Jackson when he worked for Wave Sport.
Beginners or experienced paddlers will love the surfing and the hull speed is nice for river running.
No issues with boat, just down sizing the fleet.
Boat is rated for up to a 6"1" paddler between 100 to 220 lbs. (I would recommend under 200lbs though)

This boat is a blast! I've had mine for a month now, and I had demoed one thgree times before that. This boat seems to do just about everything well. It is the fastest playboat I've tried. It also is the best surfing boat I have ever been in. It carves up a storm, and feels like it would spin if I could find a green wave to try it on. It took me a day to figure out that the bow absolutely can't be allowed to purl, but once I readjusted, there was no stopping me. This boat has a nice, low volume bow that can be thrown down for a cartwheel just about anywhere. At 5' 8" and 160 lbs, I need a little current to get it vertical. I'm sure I could flatwheel it if I was better at it. Stern squirts are out of this world. I can flip it over backward at will. Getting vertical this easy allows me to work on things like screw-ups and spinning on the stern. I've found endering it to be a little uninspiring as it doesn't pop back up like a larger boat would. But, it will ender almost anywhere so that is cool.

I tell you the kayak industry keeps getting better and better! I know that it is hard to keep up with whats best, but this kayak tops all that I have owned. I am a Dagger loyalist and have owned a Vertigo, Redline, and Medieval. Wave Sport has an incredible playboat! The first thing about it is the ease of play, the second thing is the comfort factor. In the Medieval my feet(size 11 and EEE) always had a blister on the edge of my big toes, no joke. The For Play has tons of room and then some! No Cramping and stuffing here!

I am 6' and 200lbs. so I can pretty much throw anything around on flat water, but this kayak has been the easiest of all. It also has better cruising speed than the rest, but this comfort cannot be beat. Dagger had better do as great job on the Centifuge coming up.
