Just Remodeled with new energy efficient appliances, water heater, and heat pump. Upstairs you have a MBdrm with double closet measures approx. 13x10.; a 2nd Bdrm, also with double closet measures 12x10, and a Lg Full bath and a Linen Closet. Downstairs is the Great Room measuring 17x12, coat closet, half bath, and a Spacious Kitchen measuring 13x8. Off the kitchen is a sliding glass door to a private patio, and laundry shed with washer and dryer hook-ups. They are decorated very upscale with tile downstairs, wood laminate upstairs, the stairs carpeted in berber, and painted with custom colors, not "renter white". I've put A LOT of time and money to make these units somewhere that people would be proud to be in and have their friends over.

I stay on top of things and believe in fixing things as soon as possible to mitigate further damage, and more importantly, to keep my tenants happy. You will deal with me, not some property management people that don't care when, or if things get fixed.

With all new heat pumps, appliances and water heaters, we expect the electric bill to be about $60-75. Trash, water/sewer are included in the rent. There are 8 parking places, 2 assigned to each unit.

What I require:
1). Thorough background check with references.
2). NO PETS. Sorry but I will have to evict if you have one and don't get rid of it immediately. I love them (I have 4 dogs and a cat of my own) and understand people wanting them, but my insurance company will not allow them at all.
3). You have to carry renter's insurance (about $150/year and a great deal for you to cover your stuff and liability). Again, required by insurance company and I need a copy of it.
4). That you let me know immediately of any damages or problems with the property, or neighbors.
5). That you know I am counting on your paying our rent in full and on time.
6). First month rent of $500 and a $500 security deposit. I REALLY want to give you ALL of your deposit back, plus interest. Just leave the place and appliances clean (with normal wear and tear).
