This Fortigate 60 is a great piece of equipment. It is a VPN Firewall/Router and supports many features found in high-end routers and firewalls above and beyond simple allow/deny rules. It supports content filtering, IPSec/PPTP/L2TP VPN, and Intrusion Prevention, Intrusion Detection, and Network-based Virus Scanning (a support agreement with Fortinet is necessary to get virus signatures for this feature). There are 7 10/100 network interfaces among three zones - 1 DMZ, 2 WAN (for redundant links), and 4 internal links - no separate switch is necessary! Each zone can have its own protection profile based on it's function.
All in all, a wonderful little router. I hate to see it go, but I don't need the VPN capability I bought it for and I need to sell it to get it out of the house.
Includes the Fortigate, power supply, and serial management interface cable.
$50, reasonable offers entertained.
