We purchased this trailer new, and are the original owners. The awning is brand new and has not been used at all! We have 2 30 lb and 2 100 lb gas tanks, that make it nice so that you won't run out of gas. 1 black water tank and 2 grey water tanks. I have a new stabilizer jack and sway bar for it. We have never used them. Although this unit is a 2007, we only stayed in it 2 summers, and we are older so we took very tender care of it! We are pet and smoke free, and our children are all adults so, it was just the 2 of us!
There is a set of single bunk beds and a dinete set (turns into a bed) in the front private room. In the back master bedroom is a queen size bed, this room is very private, and has it's own exit door to outside! This trailer is the perfect place to spend your wkends with you family and friends! It is a very large trailer at 39 feet including the tongue! It truly is something you are going to want to park in place and not plan on driving around every wkend!
The living room has a Super Slide where the couch and dinete are. And the master bedroom also has a slide out! You will not miss your storage from home, when you stay in this trailer!

Toyota Motor Home (Minutes from Clarksville) $3800 ...more
Toyota Sun Land Express, one of the better ones in 86. Real dually axle, never on the recall list. I have priced this as if nothing works, but most things do, what does not should be an easy fix because its probably never been used.. Clean/Clear Title. Toyota 1Ton chassis with full floater dually rear end 22/RE (fuel injected), 4cyl., auto/overdrive, 48XXX miles, 13-15 mpg, All original, very solid rust free, runs great, starts right up and gets ran and moved to a new location for mowing every week. Tune up within 2500 miles ago. Drive tires are excellent, steers are weather checked ( I can throw in a set of good used tires that I was going to use on it) Original Interior is very clean. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Aluminum tubing coach frame. Paneling is de-laminating under a couple windows but not rotted. Coach AC gets cold but fan does not come on (A brand new one is appr. $595 cover is $190) . Truck AC probably just needs recharged but I can't say for sure. The propane tank is good and has held over a half tank for a year. I have put water in the clear tank, it holds and pumps water to the shower (still has original sticker in bottom), bathroom sink and kitchen sink but it does have some sediment. Black and gray tanks and plumbing underneath are in like new condition. I have never put water in the water heater tank or tried to lite it. All four burners work but I have never lit the pilot in the oven. It appears as if it has never been used. The refrigerator gets very cold on elecrtric but I cant get it to lite on propane ( I think its the sparker but cant be sure) I have never tried to light the furnace. The Inverter/battery charger, deep cell battery and lights all work fine. No generator but there is a place where one was removed and wires running to it. It has some cosmetic issues where it was next to a fire and some of the plastic trim is warped. The ac cover and fridge chimney cover need replacement due to wind. It's not perfect but its a solid motor home for the money. With a little tlc it could be worth alot more but I'm not into that kind of work and would rather not mess with it. I have more pictures including undercarriage, tell me what you want to see, if I don't have them I'll go snap them. I'm looking for a class A or class C with generator but will consider all trades. I also have a 1980 and 84 Cutlass that I will consider selling or trading one or all up or down. Email a trade offer with pictures and Information.

I bought this from a Military Surplus Auction. This is a 6x6 with manual dump and front winch with 435 hours on it. Body is in good condition. It does not run do to missing parts. Looks like it was used as a parts machine in Iraq, making it quicker to repair other machines. Instead of waiting to ship and buy parts they turn one good machine into a parts machine. See picture of valves. I pulled the cover to get pictures. Engine looks great, I drained the oil and that looked good to. From a quick once over it looks like it is missing: carburetor, two rims and tires, shift cable, throttle cable, choke cable, battery, battery box, bottom bench seat, ignition switch, control module, two hood hinges, ignition coil, two air boxes, winch hand control and two headlights. I bought this to fix up but it needs too many parts. Would make good parts machine for either a wreak or as spare parts. Engine and Transmission should be worth the price. I will not part it out. I want to sell as is. Thanks. I can deliver within 500 miles of Clarksville, TN for $1 per mile.

It has double propane tanks in the front and two batteries as well. It does need some mechanical work due to sitting in storage for the last 18 months but it pulls fine. It has twin bunk beds and a queen bed up front. It has a ton of storage underneath. It is perfect for camping and is able to sleep 7. The slide out creates a wonderful open floorplan.
