Purchased new in August 2010. Comes complete with a factory-sealed bag of sterile replacement parts, insulated travel bag, 2 sealing discs and instruction manual. Also included are 3 bottle rings, 4 size 2 nipples, 1 size 1 nipple, 1 cover, 1 screw-on sealing bottle ring base for travel, and individually packaged breast pads. I'm also throwing in some never used burp cloths.
Having tried a few breast pumps, I really felt this was the most comfortable and the most productive I found. The bonus with this manual pump is that it completely comes apart and all the pieces can be sterilized every day.
