1993 Dutchmen 5th Wheel with slide out, LENGTH IS 30'. 'All the appliances work well. 5th wheel has a one piece metal roof and metal frame.It has a nice size bathroom with a full size bathtub and nice queen size mattress. There is no dinette set. We took it out and used the space for an office. Kitchen is located in rear, custom shelves in cupboards maximizes the use of all the space. Storage cabinet and bedroom closet also hav1e extra shelves. Storage unit accessed via door on ourtside of RV is very large. Has 2 newer batteries. The tires are in excellent condition with spare. Awning has wear and probably needs to be replaced. Overall in great condition. No leaks or water damage.
