10,000 - 68 Lbs. ($100 FV) Copper Lincoln Memorial Pennies.

Hello and Thank You for looking. I have for sale one $100 face value bags of 95% copper cents. They will be Lincoln Memorial pennies between 1959 and 1982 and are 95% copper. The pennies will weigh approximately 68 lbs and there is just over 64 lbs of copper in $100 worth of copper pennies. There will be a few Canadian pennies and a few 1982 pennies but they will be copper. These were sorted with a machine so the 82'S and the Canadian pennies will be copper. They have not made a copper penny since 1982, that's 29 years. The photo is a stock photo, all bags of copper look the same.

It takes a long time to go through enough pennies to get $100.00 worth of pre 1982 copper pennies. You have to go through $500.00 or 20 boxes of pennies. Get a bag or a box from your bank and try it. If you don't want to spend hours going to banks looking for pennies and then more hours going through the pennies and sorting out the zinc ones then here is your chance to stock up on some without going through all the work. As I said these are sorted with a machine I do not take the time to look for errors so these coins have not been searched for errors.

Check out the melt value at www.coinflation.com Right now it is illegal to melt copper pennies, but that will probably change in the future, it always has before. When the melt ban is lifted copper pennies will disappear from circulation immediately. Finding copper pennies in circulation after the ban is lifted will be like finding wheat pennies in circulation is today and you know how rare it is to find one of those today. Then watch the value of copper pennies take off like silver has done. In a few years these two bags of copper could very well be worth 10 to 15 times face like silver is today. If that does happen these bags could very well be worth at least $1000.00 or more!!! Remember it was not too many years ago when people thought it was foolish to pull silver coins from circulation. The same thing is going to happen with copper coins.

Another reason for stocking up on copper IF the economy collapses (I think it is a matter of when not if) a few hundred pounds of copper could be very valuable in getting the necessities you need to live. I think a roll of copper will have an accepted value because everyone will know how much copper there is in roll. Our paper money will be worthless but metals will always have value.

There are a lot of people paying well over $4.00 a lb. for copper pennies on Ebay. Why pay over $4.00 a lb when you can get these for less than $3.00 a lb?
