BSC-standard 1.37 x 24 bottom bracket threads, Raleigh-standard steer tube thread; comes with original Raleigh headset. Hand built in Nottingham, England.
Takes a 26.8mm seatpost - I'll throw in either a vintage Zeuss (made in Spain) 180mm post, or a longer modern 310mm Tahoma.

A really nice vintage Schwinn 10 speed. Paint is in very good condition - decals are cracked a little as seen in 1st photo.
Bicycle details - 27" wheels with 1 1/4" tires. 19" frame suitable for 5'3" to 5'6" +/-. Very nice chrome fenders (very nice in the rain). Has the Shimano Positron shifter systems w/front freewheel.
New parts---brake pads, front shifter and both brake cables and the housings, plys new hand grips.
Tires are in good condition.
This is a really smooth bike and the tune-up was just completed at a local bike shop. Besides the tune-up this bike has just had a complete overhaul (completely cleaned, dismantled and everything re-greased and bearings and components inspected--a $100-$160 shop value).

It's been garaged and has no rust. I believe it's rated as Med/Lg with a 67 1/2" wheelbase (I'm about 5'10 1/2").
