1993 Klein Adept Hybrid Bicycle. The frame size is roughly 17" or 47cm. I'm 5'7" with a 30" inseam and this is dialed to me perfectly! It is set up for a perfect touring bike or commuter and feels rock solid, especially when it's fully loaded! If I didn't need to sell it I wouldn't! The components and features are listed below and it includes the rear rack and full wrap fenders (not pictured). The wheels are hand-built with radial front and 3-cross rear lacing. This is a 2004 Giant OCR-1 Compact Road bike and it is in very nice condition and ready to ride. The size is XS (extra small) which equates to a 48cm bike that will fit a person 4ft 11 - 5ft 2 in height. The top tube length is 515mm Despite being a 2004 model, you would be never guess it from looking at it. It has not been ridden very much. The drive train is in great shape. I checked the chain with a chain wear measuring tool and it has plenty of life left. The tires and brake pads are hardly worn. There are some scrapes in various places such as the rear derailleur, a few places on the frame, the plastic covers on the brake levers, and there is a very small dent on the right side of the top tube. Overall, the paint is in very good condition and shows no fading. There are a few bolts which have a touch of rust on them but that is all.

I built this bike up for the Great Divide Mountain Bike route in 2010. After extensive reading on CrazyGuyOnABike.com forums and journals and the RidetheSpine,com journals I thought that the Big Dummy might just be the best expedition touring bike money can buy, and after riding the 500 mi section in Colorado with it, I am totally convinced that I was right. The weight of the bike is about the same or less that the average mountain bike pulling a BOB Ibex trailer and is not only WAY more stable on fast descents (I hit over 50 MPH regularly with the kind of confidence and stability that is closer to my off road BMW motorcycle than any bicycle I've ever ridden), easier to maneuver in tight spaces than a trailer, and has a higher capacity (200 pounds) than any trailer or rack. Everyone that I ran into on the route that tried it said they'd wished that they had used the BD. Here's what I built it up with: 20" Big Dummy frame in Olive Green ( it's the older style frame with the n icer curved top tube)
