Would like to trade my authentic 1861 Civil War saber for a 14' Jon boat. This IS NOT a reproduction piece. It was looked at by an artifact collected and is authentic.
Boat must be in very good condition; no leaks or dents. Does not have to have an OB motor, but trolling motor would be nice. Trailer nice, but optional. Would like to have
wide Jon. The saber was made in 1861 by the Ames Mfg. Company in Chicopee, Mass. They were the primary supplier of sabers to the US Govt. The grip wrappings are in very good condition for a 151 year old piece.
The wire wrap is in good condition as is the blade. Call 252- two nine one - 9360 home or 252 - two four five - 2305 cell for more info. Located near Wilson.
