This is a 1996 JayCo 310FS Travel Trailer. It has brand new tires(5 including spare) with less than 50 miles and the trailer has been driven less than 800 miles since it has been in my family in January of 2001. I had the awning taken off due to wind damage back in the summer and had the Hawleys Camper shop reseal the roof and repair where the awning was damaged. The heater and AC work great, my father replaced the AC about six years ago. The rubber roof was replaced around 7 years ago. This camper has a slide out making it great for extended stays. The stock queen matress was replaced with a much nicer brand and sleeps wonderfully. I have stayed in this camper the past year and I do not know of any issues concerning the camper.
