Antique Dietzgen Drafting Table (Asheville) $2200 ...more
Incredible Eugene Dietzgen Drafting Table. I think it's originally from the 20s or 30s. This was state of the art at the time. Raises, tilts locks. Table top is 55 x 37.5. This is all original with the exception of the screws. Even the clips on the bottom of table are original. I replaced the gnarly zinc screws with nice stainless steel pan head screws. The zinc ones were not original and looked horrible. These look great. I did have to do a little work on the table top, but I did not try to do a restoration, just clean it up a bit. In fact this old table shows all of its near century of service. It does so, however, with wonderful style and grace. This will be wonderful in an engineering or architecture firm's lobby or in your home. This is a wonderful piece. Thanks for looking. $2200 including white glove delivery to your floor space. I have more pictures I can send if you get in touch with me.
