This is a great quality PC monitor, bought on Nov 16, 2011 and only used a couple of times. It's a light weight monitor that moves up and down and can be adjusted easily.
I bought this for a small, 10" netbook but ended up buying a 14" laptop soon after, I do a lot of photo editing and could no longer do this on the 10" HP mini-netbook.
The unit comes in it's original box, with manuals, foam packaging, CD (although I used on-line software to install driver), all cords and it does connect to a small netbook with VGA cable. But not to an IPAD!
The brand is Acer, the picture quality is superb, and you'll enjoy years of use for a low price. I have the original sales receipt from Target of 11/16/2011. It is still under warranty for one year.
