this is a 1991 ( i beleive) 18ft rinker open bow fish and ski, seats 9. blue in color. well tooken care of. bought from older gentlmen from lake lotowana 3 years ago and we actually serviced this boat for him for 10 years so we know he maintained it well. since i had it i probably used it 4 times in 3 years and did full service winterizes on it every year (i work on boats) i put in a new stereo and a new steering cable in it last year. this boat is ready for water now, the 4,500 includes boat and trailer (titles for both) a choice of a white or blue canopy, anchor possible life jackets ect.. and may work out a deal with free winterizing or impellar replacement, any way if you would like to see it call me and leave message at 816 220 3900 to schedule a time, i do not have pics at this time.

The boat has new All NEW Wood on Bunks; NEW Lights; and a New Style Fuse Panel along with NEW Trolling Motor Wiring and Breaker.
As mentioned above the Motorguide Electric Trolloing Motor is New, also included are (2) New 12 Volt Batteries.
The Evinrude 25 HP Outboard has a NEW Water pump, it has a NEW Carb Kit and has been tuned up - new Spark Plugs; the lower unit fluid was also changed.
As for Electronics it has a Hummingbird 170 FishFinder on the Bow.
In addition to the bearing and hub work on the Trailer, NEW Rollers were also put on the trailer.
Boat also Includes Trailering Cover.
The boat is carpeted and from the photos you can see is a Very Nice boat. Sure to NOT Disappoint.

This year of motor is one of the strongest, after 1997 they started taking horsepower ratings at the power head instead of the prop so newer motors have lower output at the prop. The boat has no electronics but does have an in dash flasher. The trolling motor and baterries work good. The seats have just been upholstered and the carpet is in good shape. The casting deck is one of the biggest you will find. It has an insert infront of the drivers console that adds an extra 2 ft. I have fished comfortable with three people and a cooler on the deck. I have two butt seats and one sit down seat. This boat is big and stable. It will run in the mid 70's with ease and the dual console gives you added security for your passenger. 16 foot Lowe with 25hp Johnson...READY TO FISH! (South KC) $2000 ...more
I have a ready to fish, 16 foot (registered as 15 foot...it's 15 foot and 10 inches) 1989 Lowe. The boat has no leaks, a bimini top with a sliding rail so you can move the shade to the front or back of the boat. It has 4 Driftmaster Duo rod holders mounted on it and three other plastic rod holders mounted as well. I built a front casting deck on it with rod racks. Boat is fully wired with bow and stern lights and a Lowrance X135 graph. It has sliding seat mounts and the seats are easily removed and placed in the center, front, or back seats depending on how you want them. Boat has no leaks and no major dents... very solid boat even on choppy water.
The motor is a 25 horse 2000 model Johnson. I had all of the gas lines replaced last year (I do not run Ethanol anymore!), a new water pump/impeller installed last year and the carburetor has been rebuilt and new plugs installed all by a certified mechanic out of Blue Springs Marine. The motor is electric start and runs like a top. It pushes the boat about 20-22 mph with one person or about 15-18 mph with two or three passengers. It is an excellent motor for trolling or snagging...doesn't bog down and is really quiet for a 2 stroke. I have a 12 gallon tank installed in the front of the boat under the casting deck which really balances the boat nicely. I can fish Truman (trolling and running) for 3 days and still have a 1/4 tank of gas left or more. Very efficient motor!
Comes with a Minn Kota 35lb stern mount trolling motor.
Trailer is a 1990 model with submersible lights installed, a 2 inch hitch, wench, and trailer jack. It comes with a spare tire and the tires are only three years old. Bearings and races were replaced last year and bearing buddies are installed.

I have a ready to fish, 16 foot (registered as 15 foot...it's 15 foot and 10 inches) 1989 Lowe. The boat has no leaks, a bimini top with a sliding rail so you can move the shade to the front or back of the boat. It has 4 Driftmaster Duo rod holders mounted on it and three other plastic rod holders mounted as well. I built a front casting deck on it with rod racks. Boat is fully wired with bow and stern lights and a Lowrance X135 graph. It has sliding seat mounts and the seats are easily removed and placed in the center, front, or back seats depending on how you want them. Boat has no leaks and no major dents... very solid boat even on choppy water.
The motor is a 25 horse 2000 model Johnson. I had all of the gas lines replaced last year (I do not run Ethanol anymore!), a new water pump/impeller installed last year and the carburetor has been rebuilt and new plugs installed all by a certified mechanic out of Blue Springs Marine. The motor is electric start and runs like a top. It pushes the boat about 20-22 mph with one person or about 15-18 mph with two or three passengers. It is an excellent motor for trolling or snagging...doesn't bog down and is really quiet for a 2 stroke. I have a 12 gallon tank installed in the front of the boat under the casting deck which really balances the boat nicely. I can fish Truman (trolling and running) for 3 days and still have a 1/4 tank of gas left or more. Very efficient motor!
Comes with a Minn Kota 35lb stern mount trolling motor.
Trailer is a 1990 model with submersible lights installed, a 2 inch hitch, wench, and trailer jack. It comes with a spare tire and the tires are only three years old. Bearings and races were replaced last year and bearing buddies are installed.
