This really exceptional, tribal-designed SULTANABAD Oriental rug is an area rug or runner and is an authentic persian oriental in excellent condition. It was handwoven in Iran about 35-40 years ago. (Persian rugs from Iran are considered to be THE very best in orientals and are increasingly hard to get because of the Iranian embargo on exporting rugs exacted Sept, 2010.)
The size is 10.2x3.10 and it features a field of tomato red with accents of ebony, ivory and golden brown. The rug is tribal and has a great look with a very nice richness to it. It features a beautiful large central geometric pattern running down the middle. This rug is one of several rugs I am selling that were used to stage a very upper bracket home for sale, which has recently sold. It is in excellent condition with no wear spots, no stains and a pile that is still very plush. This rug was chosen for its beautiful and impressive design and it would be fantastic in an entry way, a hall way, a stair landing, a kitchen, or as an area rug in a family room, a bedroom or a study/office. This really simple and elegant Antique KERMAN Oriental rug is fantastic and rich looking. It is a larger-sized persian oriental, and it is an authentic persian oriental, having been handwoven in Iran about 40 years ago. It is in excellent condition with a very elegant and clean design pattern that gives it a rich simplicity. The exact size is 12.9x9.7 and it features a medium crimson red field with accents of: navy, persian blue, golden brown and ivory. The rug has a very nice richness to it. This rug is one of several rugs I am selling that were used to stage a very upper bracket home for sale, which has recently sold. It is in excellent/near perfect condition with no wear spots, no stains and a pile that is still plush. We used it to stage a living room and it was a beautiful focal point in the house.
