This is our 4th post since last week. We are downsizing from a 5000 sq foot home to a 2700 sq foot townhome - 5 br to 3 br - we have some great items left that are priced very aggressively. We close on February 29 and would enjoy NOT having to move these items. 2. Please do not ask to hold the items - we operate first come first serve. If you come and look - please be ready to buy - if you want to keep them at my home for a few days thats fine - but you pay for them. - we close on our home the 29th of Feb - so we need to get this stuff out asap..
3. Please do not try to negotiate with us. The items are top end - they are priced to move - I am not going to drop the price unless you are buying multiple items.
