We bought this lift about 12 years ago and it has worked great for our 18 - 1/2 foot Larson runabout (the boat is also for sale $11,600 or b/o). The lift is in very good condition. We replaced the winch tube in 2009. Also included is an electric motor that came with the lift, we have never used it.
