Standover height is approximately. 33.5 in.,measured from half way between saddle nose and stem. Bike is a 2005 model--------SR 500----------which is Sport Road. It has Shimano 105 rear and Tiagra front derailleurs. Shifters are Tiagra. Bike is a 27 speed. Has a new seat post,new front derailleur cable,lightly used San Marco saddle,and two water cages. Rear wheel was trued,chain was removed for cleaning and lubed. Both derailleurs degreased and lubed. Both derailleurs tuned as well as brakes. Bike was washed and waxed,crank arms were removed for cleaning and waxed. Bike has the seperate brake levers on the top of the bars for dual braking. Cassette was also taken off,taken apart,and degreased. This bike has the Slice carbon fork,and an adjustable stem for your riding comfort. Bike has a 32.9 in. standover height. Bike has been washed and waxed including spokes. Tires are like brand new-Bontrager 700x23 Both hubs overhauled. Both pedals overhauled with new medium toe clips. Freewheel was taken apart and overhauled. New chain. Bottom bracket was overhauled --degrease crank and wax. Both derailleurs degreased--lubed--and tuned up. Brakes were tuned up and sand glazing off of pads. New tube in front. It does have a computer and a sensor for the crank arms,probably needs batteries. I do have the manual for that. I also have the manual for the bike. I also installed a lightly used Selle Royal saddle. The Schwinn site says this bike weighs 20 pounds. but do not list which frame size. The seat post was cleaned and greased. The bike shifts perfect and would be great for triathalons. Bike has two water cages. The bike has indexed shifting and is a fourteen speed. Components are Suntour. This was the mid range aluminum frame Schwinn for the year.

No doubt this 1 spent most of its time indoors not being ridden. I installed a new chain,lubed the brakes and derailleurs and shifters and tuned it up. Bike is very clean----color is pewter. Bike is an eighteen speed. For accessories it has a rear rack-water cage-computer-and flickstand. Computer probably needs a new battery. This would be great for Ragbrai or for commuting.
