My husband and I are brand new authors. I wrote 'The Happy Husband Cookbook' and he wrote, 'Barrel of Laughs and the Circle of Grins.'
My cookbook has 202 recipes with black and white drawings by my husband. It is 172 pages and $14.95. They are recipes I complied when we got married almost 5 years ago and it is the only thing I cook out of. My '3 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse' is alone worth the price of the book!
'Barrel of Laughs' is much like Dr. Seuss and Shel Silverstein only better, it is fun and quirky but it is also filled with good life lessons. Adults like it as much as the kids do! His rhyme, 'Character Counts,' should be posted in every home and in every business' back room!
