I bought this bike new in Spring '11. I paid $649 and still have the receipt from Northtowne Cycling. Asking $450 but open to reasonable offers.
I don't know how you tell the frame size but the top tube is about 31" off the ground and I am a 5'8" rider and it fits me well.
I rode it probably 50 miles total and it has always been stored in a shed and taken care of.
There was a recall on the front fork. Northtowne promptly put a new fork on but it wasn't quite the same color as the original. Bike color is charcoal and they put on a matte black fork. It's not really noticeable but I wish they could have had an exact color match.

These Bike Nashbar panniers have a plastic frame that supports the coated nylon exterior from above. This gives you a flat platform on the rear that is level with your rack so it's easy to carry your tent and ground pad crosswise. Unlike some panniers that open from the top or have extra top pockets that stick up into the way. These are used panniers. They have some chain marks and dirt spots on them. I haven't tried cleaning them yet. These are not designed for grocery shopping. If that's what you want, look for "Shopping Panniers".
The FRONT panniers have 1 large chamber and a map pocket on the side. All pockets are zipper closed. White reflectors on the front, red on the rear for extra visibility. The panniers hang from your rack using 2 hooks and have a spring loaded loop that attaches to hooks on your bike's dropouts. (Hooks not included but are available at hardware stores or your local bike shop). The panniers have 2 snaps so you can snap a pair together for off the bike transport. Each pannier also has a carrying strap. The material is some sort of coated nylon. Should keep the water out on rainy days. The zippers have flaps over the tops to help keep water out. About 13 inches tall X 9 inches front to back X 5 inches side to side. That makes them a tad bit bigger than your average sized front pannier.
The REAR panniers have 1 large pocket and 4 smaller pockets. There is a rear pocket big enough to fit a larger water
bottle, the front pocket is big enough for a spare tube & levers or patch kits. There are 2 side pockets, good for smaller items or stuffing in a spare shirt or two. The mounting hardware is two hooks on the top with a spring loaded loop that hooks on to hooks on your bikes dropouts. (hooks not included) There are 2 snaps to attach the two panniers together for off the bike transport. Red reflector on the rear (one is missing on the one pannier I photographed). Magna 18 speed Men's bicycle. The good: front fork shock & tread on tires good. The bad: flat rear tire & front brake pads missing (have new set but can't figure out how to attach them).
