This motorhome was my grandparents and they stopped using it a long time ago. They let the neighbor kid use it for years as a hunting cabin. It is not in great shape, but I used it to camp out of 3 times this year so I know its worth having for somebody that could get some real use out of it. This motorhome would be a good starter camper, a recovery/tow vehical for Ragbrai, ISU tailgate unit or weekend hobby mobile.
The door to the camper is in bad shape, but the A/C works good.

Due to the passsing of my Father a lifelong aircraft enthusiast who was also an A&P as a hobby. The family has decided that we should sell these 2 Bonanza's either as a package deal for $ 37,500 or individually. The 1950 E 185 asking price is $ 17,500 and the 1953 225 asking price is $ 21,500
The following is a brief description of each.
N3993N 1950 Bonanza E185 Continental powerplant. Had prop strike. All FAA requirements for prop strike complied with, Crankshaft replaced, prop replaced with fresh certified hartzell hyd pitch prop. Prop strike caused by gear up landing on grass strip. Belly damage minor and repaired. Has been on belly jack to confirm belly landing was pilot error not mechanical malfunction. Retractable step has not been installed but all components come with sale. All other repairs from prop strike complete. Radios and upholstery are dated but fully functional. Paint fair with some peeling on control surfaces. Airframe 2667 TT. Powerplant had 50 hrs SMOH at time of prop strike and is now 0 Hartzell Hyd. prop also 0 since replacement and recertification. Powerplant repairs done by Central Cylinder Omaha NE. No current annual. The cost of annual or any other repairs that may need to be done will be the buyers responsibility. Asking price $ 17,500
N206B 1953 Bonanza 225 Continental powerplant. No radios due to previous confiscation. Radio stack is built and installed and ready for the new owners choice of radios. Has Tip tanks, Aux tank , third window, one piece windshield and other late model mods. Airframe TT 3197 powerplant 7 Hrs SMOH, Hartzell hyd prop 7 Hrs since recertification. New style prop hub. Upholstery redone recently, paint fair with some peeling on control surfaces. This Bonanza could be real looker set up the way you want it with almost no Hrs powerplant and prop. No current annual. The cost of annual or any other repairs that may need done are the buyers responsibility. Asking price $ 21,500
