Has just over 700 miles. 151 track, riser bars, snowboard rack, exhaust can, reverse, fuel injected, electric start and pull start, white and black color scheme, 2012 registration stickers. 1 Deep cycle marine battery, all equipment available for adding a second battery

Lower bunk flips up for added storage (we put bikes in this area)
Full length awning (excellent shade)
Outdoor built in 2 burner grill
Outdoor shower for rinsing the kids off before going inside
Rear Slide-queen bed slides out. Pulls like at 21 ft trailer, but camps like a 27' trailer
Jack knife couch for additional sleeping

T.V. antenna integral with trailer
Laminate Floors
Dry tow wieght is appox 4500lbs

2003 Yamaha Viper Mountain snowmobile just in time for snow season. My wife and I used it for trail-riding with our kids and mountain ski access. It is in very good shape and only has about 2700 miles. It has the 144 track (perfect shape) and electric start and reverse. There are a few upgrades and a 2" riser on the handle bars and wider skis. All service has been completed by G Force in Lakewood. The sled needs nothing and runs great. Look at the reviews on this sled. It is super reliable!
It also comes with a cover and a ski holder rack. In addition I also have a 2006 Karavan 2-place aluminum tilt-trailer. It is in like new condition. It will fit two sleds and is all aluminum. This came off a brand new Rzr, guy was putting on a after-market bumper & drilled two holes thru the radiator. We sent the radiator out to a Radiator repair show and they fixed the holes and tested it out and looks good as new. This Radiator didn't even have 5 miles on it yet.

Camper overall is in good condition. Does need some work. Doesn't appear to leak. DO NOT know if appliances work. No Camper jacks, need to bring your own. Needs a good cleaning

You won't be disappointed -- looks brand new as it has been extremely well taken care of, and covered or garaged. There have only been two owners, and we have all paperwork for you to view. Must sell by summer.
1998 Fleetwood Bounder - 31', model #M30E. A lot of State parks are requiring 32' and below in their parks, making this the perfect size.
We recently had it checked out, and updated several things making it feel brand new.
--6 brand new tires added in 2011
--New Shocks installed in December
--Brand NEW Roof just done in December
--Front bearings serviced in December
--All batteries replaced in December
--Full RV cover with zipper door entry
--RV is equipped with a 23' awning with a Colorado Cover for total protection. No holes or rips.
--QS bed with "upgraded" Beautyrest Do Not Disturb mattress. Bedroom includes 2 nightstands, built in dresser, 2 small closets and above bed storage. Mattress lifts on hydraulics for large underneath bed storage.
--There is a large closet/pantry, and full bathroom with shower and tub, which can be closed off from the master bedroom allowing guests to use it.
-- Lots of storage in the kitchen; 3 burner stove, microwave, large refrigerator.
--Neutral interior colors of brown and beige. All furniture is by Flexsteel. Front seats swivel for more living room seating.
--Full heated basement with tons of storage. Outdoor shower, large capacity tanks, and ladder to the roof.
--Ford 460 V8 gas engine. Always maintained, and no issues to worry about. Generator starts and runs with ease. Mileage is 60,000.
