I have a 1979 Rockwood Motorhome for sale, we have had it for 3 years it isnt perfect, No A/C No Generator, sleeps 5 comfortable the stove, refrigerator, oven all work well. The bathroom has a sink a toilet and and shower that all work, table makes into a bed, a bed above the cab sleeps 2 and a couch makes into a bed to sleep 1. No hot water heater, the furnace needs repaired we were told a $75.00 fix. We can show most any time there are No pictures you can come and look. Over 100,000 miles it is a 1979. Thanks

We used it for multiple kids sporting events throughout Colorado and have traveled to Reno, Lake Tahoe, Estes Park, Yellowstone, and Disney Land. It is very easy to drive and has a Ford V10 motor in it with overdrive. It runs well on the highway even at 75mph and we have pulled a trailer behind and still runs well. Up for sale is a 1986 "Fun"land Express. I purchased this ship in august of 2011 with 66,xxx mi on it, and replaced the transmission fluid, air filter, spark plugs, battery, brake pads, tires, flushed the brake fluid, as well as changing the oil. I bought this for a moving/road trip from Philadelphia to here in Fort Collins, taking it up several mountains and through Yellowstone carrying over 500 LBS with not so much as a hiccup, though it did take a while it being a 4CYL house. It now has 71,000 miles on it. It does leak oil from the pan gasket, so you can either replace it or keep it topped off. Mechanically it needs a few minor things such as new brake rotors ont he front and new brake shoes on the back. It also needs a stereo. As for the coach features, has a new optima Yellow top deep cycle auxiliary battery. I ripped up the old gross carpet and laid down vinyl tiles. The stove works as well as the water and control panel. It does not have a refrigerator, but does have hook ups for both gas and electric. It is missing the vent panel for behind this fridge as well. The latter on the rear is close to breaking as well. These are very reliable and fun campers that have a cult following and get CONSTANT thumbs ups on the road. I am selling my remodeled 28 foot fifth wheel. It's a 1973 Kay Forester. I can arrange to have it moved when you buy it if you don't have a truck that can move it. This would be a great cabin in the woods. That is what I did with it for a number of years and enjoyed it a lot. Paid LOW rent on property in foothills for years and had a nice quiet place. It is basically the same as in photos. Has a REALLY COOL wood stove that works wonderfully. It is a high quality stove with outside air feed for small spaces. Completely safe. Has spark arrestor.I custom made the river stone holder. Stainless double-wall stovepipe. Fire board with ceramic sandstone look tiles and custom black metal frame. A good COST of $1,200! I LOVE to sit next to it in winters and relax by the fire.I put in some real skylights but they built up condensation in winter and heat loss. In summer it was too hot, so I took them out and patched roof. I just resealed all of the seams and coated it with a white roof finish. Doesn't leak!If it were perfect looking, I would ask for much more!!! Barely used fridge/ freezer that I put in was $1800 alone!!! Norcold brand. Works PERFECTLY on propane OR electric! Full sized double stainless sink with $130 faucet I put in. Has 2 water tanks. Holds 125 gallons. 110 volt 12 gallon water heater. Needs a basic propane water heater. Comes with working propane furnace that has thermostat and a 12 volt fan that works. It's worth a good $200 alone! Denver mattress company king sized COZY " Monarch" model. pillow-top mattress. Surround sound stereo. Good VCR and Phillips TV. 4 burner stove with oven/ broiler. Works great. Great microwave.New oak look linolium in bathroom.Bathroom door slides out of view in photos. HEAVY DUTY 1/2 inch thick steel plate 2ftx4 ft with bolt holes and 2 5/8 ball! Cost me $130 plus. New bigger Jeldwin double pane windows on one side. new aluminum blinds. Large holding tank. Windows in bath and big one on side has a piece of 1/2 inch thick quality aluminum coated foam-board tightly fitted and painted to match. Just like the rest of foam I installed. They can be removed for a view or left in for privacy and insulation value. 12 volt power converter that charges and runs battery system. Two new 40 lb OPD propane tanks that are pretty full. New regulator and hoses. New front jacks. Reinforced front hitch area. Gooseneck system. NEW TIRES with about 4 miles on them were$400 alone! New aluminum ladder on back,$90. Coffee maker. Nice pine and oak woodworking and I built custom armoir. New door knob and deadbolt. CUSTOM DOOR made of pine. NEW stained glass and clear 2nd glass pane.Glass was $80. Custom made curtains with thick insulation. Custom made seat covers and new foam pads. New $30 stainless light fixtures from home depot. Newer, replaced thetford toilet. Bathtub and shower, sink in bathroom.New wheel bearings all around and adjusted brakes on all 4 with good pads. All insulated with 1/2 thick foam-board on ceiling and inside cabinet walls. Carpet pad and carpet. JUST steam cleaned!!Great for a small mobile cabin that can be used year round!!! THIS TRAILER IS A LABOR OF LOVE. $5500 OBO CASH only! I am selling my remodeled 28 foot fifth wheel. It's a 1973 Kay Forester. I can arrange to have it moved when you buy it if you don't have a truck that can move it. This would be a great cabin in the woods. That is what I did with it for a number of years and enjoyed it a lot. Paid LOW rent on property in foothills for years and had a nice quiet place. It is basically the same as in photos. Has a REALLY COOL wood stove that works wonderfully. It is a high quality stove with outside air feed for small spaces. Completely safe. Has spark arrestor.I custom made the river stone holder. Stainless double-wall stovepipe. Fire board with ceramic sandstone look tiles and custom black metal frame. A good COST of $1,200! I LOVE to sit next to it in winters and relax by the fire.I put in some real skylights but they built up condensation in winter and heat loss. In summer it was too hot, so I took them out and patched roof. I just resealed all of the seams and coated it with a white roof finish. Doesn't leak!If it were perfect looking, I would ask for much more!!! Barely used fridge/ freezer that I put in was $1800 alone!!! Norcold brand. Works PERFECTLY on propane OR electric! Full sized double stainless sink with $130 faucet I put in. Has 2 water tanks. Holds 125 gallons. 110 volt 12 gallon water heater. Needs a basic propane water heater. Comes with working propane furnace that has thermostat and a 12 volt fan that works. It's worth a good $200 alone! Denver mattress company king sized COZY " Monarch" model. pillow-top mattress. Surround sound stereo. Good VCR and Phillips TV. 4 burner stove with oven/ broiler. Works great. Great microwave.New oak look linolium in bathroom.Bathroom door slides out of view in photos. HEAVY DUTY 1/2 inch thick steel plate 2ftx4 ft with bolt holes and 2 5/8 ball! Cost me $130 plus. New bigger Jeldwin double pane windows on one side. new aluminum blinds. Large holding tank. Windows in bath and big one on side has a piece of 1/2 inch thick quality aluminum coated foam-board tightly fitted and painted to match. Just like the rest of foam I installed. They can be removed for a view or left in for privacy and insulation value. 12 volt power converter that charges and runs battery system. Two new 40 lb OPD propane tanks that are pretty full. New regulator and hoses. New front jacks. Reinforced front hitch area. Gooseneck system. NEW TIRES with about 4 miles on them were$400 alone! New aluminum ladder on back,$90. Coffee maker. Nice pine and oak woodworking and I built custom armoir. New door knob and deadbolt. CUSTOM DOOR made of pine. NEW stained glass and clear 2nd glass pane.Glass was $80. Custom made curtains with thick insulation. Custom made seat covers and new foam pads. New $30 stainless light fixtures from home depot. Newer, replaced thetford toilet. Bathtub and shower, sink in bathroom.New wheel bearings all around and adjusted brakes on all 4 with good pads. All insulated with 1/2 thick foam-board on ceiling and inside cabinet walls. Carpet pad and carpet. JUST steam cleaned!!Great for a small mobile cabin that can be used year round!!! THIS TRAILER IS A LABOR OF LOVE. $5500 OBO CASH only! We also have a yamaha grizzly 660 for sale. It also is a great machine. Never any problems with either. EVER....4,800 We will toss in a helmet as well.

If you have bent your awning tube you can repair it with these parts. I have 1 new awning tube and new springs. The tube is 19'6" feet long and can be cut into what ever length you need. The springs will fit any length. The pictures show a piece of a tube that I cut off to make my awning the right length.
I just have the tube and springs not any other hardware. Will seperate.
$20for each spring $45 for the tube. $60 for all.

This is a working, non leaking, propane regulator with brass lines to two tanks.It includes the dual tank mounting set up. NEW PAINT!! Black rustoleum. Just scrub brass and copper a tiny bit and it would shine. Rubber propane line hook up. The red indicator dial works well and the knob to change from one tank to another works well.
