Neat wont take a reutrn since its out of 30 days, so looking to sell it. This is the PC version, $400 new from neat, with no signs that it's ever even been used since it only saw about 20 total pieces of paper. Will include the original box and the unit, and the new Neat 5 software can be upgraded for free on their website. This is a really nice scanner, if you ever considered trying one out I'd highly recommend it (just be sure you have enough things to scan!)
